 The GEORGETOWN FLEA MARKET is for vendors who sell antiques and vintage collectibles, and for artisans who create their own crafts. VENDOR SPACE AVAILABILITY Spaces are assigned to permanent dealers. Permanent dealers must be in their space no later than 7 AM. Our manager may not know space availability in advance. After 7:00 am the management at their discretion will begin filling spaces with non-permanent vendors. All vendors must be packed up and off the lot by 6 pm. Please take all trash with you and leave your space completely clean! All Vendors Even if you are a regular vendor, please be sure we have your data (name, address, email, phone numbers & type of merchandise) on file. If your phone number or address changes, update us! In the event of a special event or new show, only vendors with their information on file are considered. Vendor Rules Please represent your merchandise accurately. If an item is new or a reproduction, please label it accordingly! If an item has a repair, damage or has been artificially altered (for instance - dyed or radiated beads / gems), disclose this information PRIOR to sale. No food (or food related) items are allowed to be sold except by designated vendors. All permanent vendors must arrive no earlier than 7:00 am. After 7:00 am the management at their discretion will begin filling spaces with non-permanent vendors. All vendors must be packed up and off the lot by 6 pm. Please take all trash with you and leave your space completely clean! Tax ID is not required but recommended. Vendors should leave their spaces completely clean. PLEASE TAKE ALL TRASH WITH YOU. Do not place your trash in neighborhood cans. Please DO NOT BLOCK AISLES during setup or departure times. Allow room for vehicles to drive in and out as needed. Vendors with vehicles must stay on the lot until closing time but may begin packing earlier. At closing time, it is your obligation to move your merchandise out of the path of departing vehicles. If you pack slowly, pack from the outside so your neighbor may still leave the lot. Drive slowly and very carefully. Our customers are our priorities. Be courteous at all times!
